One on One Coaching
A one on one health coaching program consists of an initial consultation, follow up sessions, and a final session to discuss the progress you have made and a look back at the goals you set during our first consultation. Each program will be customized and catered towards your individual health needs and concerns.
Health History Call
Before starting a program we will have an in depth call to go over your health history and what your wellness goals are. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and see which program would work best for you.
3 Month Program
6 sessions meeting bimonthly, 45 minutes each session
Our first session will focus on food and nutrition and the next two will focus on areas of your life that we feel need the most attention. That could be stress, relationships, career, or more time spent on food if that is where your goals are focused around.
6 Month Program
12 sessions meeting bimonthly, 45 minutes each session
Our first two sessions will focus on food and nutrition and the following four will center around areas of your life that relate to your goals.
