I’ve always loved food and cooking.

Growing up, my mom made home cooked meals almost every night and I carried that on in my life, even making homemade pizza for my roommates in college. I majored in Dietetics at the University of Vermont and that is when I discovered how fascinating the science behind food is. I later went to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and was really drawn to the fact that health coaching looks at the overall picture of your life, not just what you eat.

My own health journey has been constantly changing and made the biggest shift after becoming a mother. I love that I am able to help people through transitions in life or just their general health.

In addition to my degree I am a National Board Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC).
